How long can I rent?

We offer 3 – 5 day rentals so that you don’t have to worry about getting it back right after your event. If you choose our 4 or 5 day rental option you will be charge a small fee for the additional days of 5% on each item per day.

 

Can I pick up on the weekend?

At this time we do not except pick ups or drop offs on Saturday or Sundays. We are also closed for all Statutory Holidays. 

How do I know if the item is available for my date?

On the rental page when you begin searching you can enter the rental period you are looking for and the system will automatiaclly update all items to let you know if it is available for that period

I can't find my Confirmation E-mail

Sometimes our e-mails end up in your spam folder. Be sure you check for a confirmation from forever-always-yyc@mail.booqable.com

When should I reserve my order?

We recommend booking as soon as you can do avoid being disappointed!

What is your cancelation & changes policy?

Sometimes life happens and you have to make unexpected changes. We understand and will do our best to work with you to figure something out.

Cancellation Policy – If you need to cancel, we asked that you give us notice at least 30 days before your pickup date so that we can refund your rental deposit minus a $15 administrative fee so that we can sort it all out properly. If, however you need to cancel your order less than 30 days before your pickup date we are unable to refund your rental deposit.

Change Policy – We will help make changes to your order as required. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible to make these changes. If these changes are made more than 30 days from your pickup date, we will change or remove any item if the total rental value does not decrease below your deposit. If changes are made to rental items 30 days OR LESS before your pickup date, any changes made will be substitutions of equal vale based upon availability. If you choose to remove items without a substitution you will still be charged the original total rental amount. We do not make order changes within 14 days of your rental period.

What if I'm late for pickup?

We understand that sometimes things happen and you can’t always been on time. This is why we allow a 30 minutes grace period. However if the 30 minutes have passed we will send you an email/text message informing you that you will be required to reschedule your pickup time and pay a $15 late pickup fee. Please be aware that whether or not you pick your items up you will be charged the FULL amount of your rental as we could’ve rented your chosen items out to someone else.

Where do I pick up?

We are located in the South East of Calgary, just off of Barlow Trail and Peigan Trail SE.

The actual address of pick up and drop off will be sent to you via e-mail one week before your pickup date!

Is there a certain amount I have to spend?

Nope! Just pick whatever you need, big or small!

Can I Return Items Early?

Yes, you may return items early as long as you let us know when you would like to return them and we are available to receive the items at that time. However you will not be reimbursed for returning items earlier than the allotted days chosen.

What if I change my mind? Can I update my order?

If after you have booked your items you decide you want to add or take away items please e-mail info@foreverandalwaysyyc.ca and we will happily work with you to adjust.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes we do offer delivery for $100 one way (either dropping off or picking up).

Can someone other than me pick up or drop off my order?

As long as they know the name your items are booked under anyone you trust is welcome to pick up or drop off your order.

What happens if something breaks?

Like any rental company if an item breaks while in your possession you will be required to pay the replacement fee for that item. Typically the cost would simply come out of the $50 damage deposit hold we place on your card. However there are times when the cost of replacing item(s) supersedes the deposit in that case you will be notified and your card will be charge the remaining amount. 

For reservations that do not get picked up at the alloted time

If you do not pick up your rental we will do our best effort to contact you and try to setup another time within your rental window (with a $15 rescheduling fee) however if you do not answer you will be charged the full amount of the rental regardless as we saved all the items and date for you.

How does Payments work?

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payments.

You will be charge half of the total amount of your rentals when you book and the other half will be charged to the card on file one day before your pickup date. On that day there will also be a damage deposit authorized on the card that will be removed once all the items are returned on time and confirmed they are not broken.
